Notebooking Ideas for Homeschooling

Notebooking is an idea with which I have a love-hate relationship. I love it because it provides my children with a creative outlet, it requires that they regurgitate what they’ve learned from our reading and discussions, and it gives them with a great way to review what they’ve learned as they look back through their notebook all school year.

Can you give me ideas about what you guys do to notebook?  I would like to incorporate it in our homeschooling this year. Just have a few questions about the notebooking… do you have one notebook for all subjects or do you have a separate for Bible, history, science, etc.?

Notebooking … ahhh, just the thought makes me hyper! If I could ask every homeschooling family to do just one thing, it would be to just give notebooking a try. This is the one technique that pulls everything together—studies, research, real life, personal interests—everything!
