Here are a few little gems I found while “surfing” my blog subscriptions this morning:
- Some thoughts on 1 Corinthians 13 by Jess at Making Home. Thanks, Jess! A friend and I were discussing how to show respect to our husbands (practically, I mean). I really needed a reminder that 1 Corinthians 13 is there, ready to give PRACTICAL advice. How much more practical can we get? Thank you, Father! You’ve given us everything we need for life and godliness!
- Then, Walking in the Light shared a wonderful thought on a simple technique for homeschooling that will endear our children to us. Much needed advice! Thank you!
- Finally, for all you English nerds (like me), if you hurry over to Homeschool Freebie of the Day, you can download a book on English As She Wuz Wrote. Very fun! It was yesterday’s freebie, so I don’t know if it will still work. Thursday is expected to have another grammar download, so you can return then if it’s too late for this one.
